Longlist of the most beautiful German books
Arno Schmidt was a writer who lived in Darmstadt from 1955-1958. A team of students from the Department of Design at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt and students from the Technical University Darmstadt from the fields of architecture and literature, worked for two years on an exhibition about the work of Arno Schmidt and his life in Darmstadt. This interdisciplinary project included a parqure through Darmstadt, window exhibitions in different stores and a cultural program. The tasks were distributed among all the students and my main task was to curate the exhibition, work on the exhibition design and the catalog design.
